Subscriber Refunds

  1. Refund Requests Within 7 Days:
    • If you request a refund within 7 days of your payment, Substack will issue a full refund.
    • Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
  2. Refund Requests After 7 Days:
    • Requests made beyond 7 days from the payment date are at the discretion of Nathawat Brothers.
    • Please contact us directly if you wish to request a refund after this period.

Dormant Publications

  1. Annual Subscriptions:
    • If you have paid for an annual subscription and the Nathawat Brothers have been inactive for at least 6 months (i.e., no articles have been published), you qualify for a refund.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions:
    • If you have paid for a monthly subscription and the Nathawat Brothers have been inactive for at least 1 month (i.e., no articles have been published), you qualify for a refund.

Service Issues

  1. Technical or Server Problems:
    • Refunds are provided if there are service issues caused by technical or server problems on our end.
    • The extent of the service issue will determine the pro-rata refund amount.
